Live chat Tap the chat bubble in the bottom corner and tell the agent you want to review your data, update contact details, or close your account. They'll walk you through identity checks and processing times so you know what happens next.

Email request Send your account email and a clear description of what you need—access report, correction, or deletion—to our privacy team. We reply with a secure link or next steps within forty-eight hours on weekdays.

Account settings Log in, head to Settings, then Privacy Controls. You can switch marketing emails on or off, download your transaction history as a CSV, and start an account-closure request without leaving the page.

Encryption at rest

Personal details and wallet balances sit in encrypted database fields. Even if someone got through our perimeter, the data looks like random noise without the decryption keys we rotate every quarter.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to measure which pages load slowly. You can block the analytics ones in your browser—sessions and deposits will still work fine.

Third-party processors

Payment gateways that handle Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and FPX see only your chosen method and the ringgit amount. They never get your game history or bet sizes, and we audit their compliance reports every six months.

Data retention calendar

Session logs expire after thirty days, game rounds after six months, and closed-account records after seven years if financial law requires it. When a timer hits zero, the batch gets wiped from live storage and backups.

Access requests

Ask for a data export and we send a JSON file with every record tied to your email: sign-ups, deposits, withdrawals, login IPs, and support tickets. It arrives in your inbox within five business days.

Account closure

Start a deletion request in Settings or through support. We close the account immediately, freeze the wallet, and schedule data purge after the dispute window ends—usually fourteen days unless law says otherwise.

Privacy answers you asked for

Your email, phone number, date of birth for age checks, deposit and withdrawal history with timestamps, session logs showing login IP and device type, and any messages you send to support. We don't store full card numbers or bank passwords.
